2.5 Day Legacy Food Safety Course

FSMA Preventive Controls Rule went into effect September 15, 2016 for all categories of food facilities that have more than 500 employees. For facilities with less than 500 employees, including warehouses that store and distribute foods, the implementation deadline was September 17, 2017. This rule has not been “repealed or replaced” – and the Sanitary Transportation portion kicked in for all on April 6, 2018.

Legacy Foodservice Alliance: The Marketplace Fall 2018

The Marketplace is Legacy’s semi-annual Buying and Business Development Conference. We host one in the Spring and another in the Fall, to allow multiple opportunities to generate volume brand purchases and develop promotional planning with Legacy Members. The Marketplace features pre-scheduled appointments and a variety of sales building/case moving opportunities at each conference to create excitement and stimulate purchases to build long-lasting prosperous relationships. And, we work hard to create an environment to make all of this fun!

Legacy Foodservice Alliance: Leadership Conference Fall 2018

The Legacy team recognizes that when supply chain partners learn from each other, they become more competent and more likely to succeed together in driving profitable category growth, increased supply chain efficiency, and improved financial performance for all participants. The Legacy Leadership Conference is designed to promote a close collaborative relationship between Legacy Distributor and Supplier Members, at the Senior Management level.

The focus of the Conference is to examine issues and trends (on a high level) that are common throughout the foodservice production and distribution business, and identify ways in which supply chain partners can collectively benefit by working closely together.
